Cambridge colleagues, 'o ye with souls burdened
With such duty, thou dost flutter about.
GoToMeetings you do blithely attend,
Code lines from your fingers dost thou bear out.

Wary of vulns, wise this sly group ought be.
Alas, careless, one has lapsed thine bubble.
Across the Slack channel and ‘mail we see
A note sent through by a stealthy double.

“DONUTS I SHALL RENDER IN THE MORROW!”
With joy and mirth declares the furtive fraud.
Apprised, the mark, stricken, senses sorrow.
Across the hall? One and all do applaud.

Regard this while as just notice: be keen.
When gone, do not forget to lock your screen.

A semi-sonnet I wrote a while ago to my Rapid7 colleagues in the former Cambridge office, warning of the dangers of leaving computers unsecured.
